I don’t think the accent mark makes the pronunciation any more clear, it just makes the spelling more confusing. A variation on [name_f]helen[/name_f] could be an honor name for us. What type of person do you imagine with this name? I would just use [name_f]helena [/name_f].

What are your initial thoughts on the name [name_f]helena[/name_f]? Helena is not my deadname but what i’ll be using if it turns out i’m not trans or have to go into hiding. Some of these are common variants, others are a bit of a stretch.
