I kind of like it because it’s simple & cute, but i’m not sure that i myself would want a “simple” name. Have you considered using caddy instead of [name_f]katie [/name_f]? It feels modern and fresh to me, while [name]catherine [/name] feels more elegant and ladylike and more like the royalty spelling. [name]katharine [/name] is too ms hepburn.
